I loved this read <3 I am going through something similar so it felt good to acknowledge that it’s not just me who feels this way. I loved the line “Every time I step outside, it rains, and each step I take is into a puddle.” Beautiful!
very much relate to this riya. and tbh, it’s ok that you feel this way. disappearing into the void of yourself can be healing as long as you’re watering yourself. cleaning, feeding the brain, taking in air, socializing - all of these can water you so keep it up. it’s good for you 🖤
So sweet <3 I agree with you, it might be nice to rest in the shade a little bit these days while also remembering to take care of yourself. Thank you for your kind words <3
I just have descaling agent but baking soda or vinegar also works! Generally I never had the need to do it but the water in Milan is crazy hard, to the point where it causes hair breakage and whole chunks of calcium pouring along my boiled water haha

Girl I feel you on a lot of this. Try not to wallow too much though. Doing some basic cleaning and getting out there are good first steps!
Wallowing is a good word for all of this but yes randomly folding laundry at 2am has commenced
Lol, too familiar. I caught myself descaling the water kettle at 8AM this morning
Wait how DO we descale the water kettle
